By using High Yields Agro’s platform, you agree to these terms. Delivery, Returns, and Refunds are governed by a separate policy.

2. Services Offered

• Sale of agricultural products (insecticides, fertilizers, seeds, machinery).
• Crop Doctor consultations and field visits.
• User-generated reviews, ratings, and media uploads.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and lawful information during registration/transactions.
• Do not misuse the platform for illegal activities or fraud.
• User-generated content (reviews, media) must not infringe third-party rights.

4. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are in INR and subject to change without notice.
• We use third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm). Disputes related to payments must be resolved with the provider.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content (logos, text, images) on our platform is owned by High Yields Agro.
• User-generated content (reviews, media) grants us a perpetual, royalty-free license for use.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chittor, Andhra Pradesh.
