• Application Rates:

  • Tea: ~0.85–4.25 L/ha, using 200–400 L water/ha.

  • Cotton: ~1.25–2.125 L/ha with ~500 L water/ha.

  • Rice (pre-plant): ~1.25–4.0 L/ha with ~500 L water/ha.

  • Sugarcane: ~2.5 L/ha with ~500 L water/ha.

  • Wheat (pre-plant): ~4.25 L/ha.

  • Aquatic weeds: ~4.25 L/ha in 600–1000 L water/ha.

• Application Method: Use a knapsack sprayer equipped with a flat-fan or flood-jet nozzle—apply in a targeted manner, not broadcast over crop foliage.

How It Works

Paraquat acts as a fast-acting oxidative agent that disrupts photosynthesis in exposed green tissues, causing rapid necrosis and plant desiccation without soil persistence.
