Product Description
IIL Selector is a selective, systemic herbicide from the imidazolinone group, specially formulated for pre-emergent and early post-emergent weed control in soybean, groundnut, moong, urad, and pigeon pea crops. It contains Imazethapyr 10% SL, designed to effectively eliminate a broad spectrum of annual grasses and broadleaf weeds while being safe on the main crop.
Selector is absorbed through both roots and leaves, and is translocated systemically throughout the weed, disrupting essential amino acid synthesis by inhibiting the ALS (Acetolactate Synthase) enzyme, ultimately halting weed growth and reproduction.
