Sumitomo Danitol
Danitol is a broad-spectrum insecticide from Sumitomo Chemical, containing Fenpropathrin 10% EC. It provides fast knockdown and long-lasting control of sucking and chewing pests in a variety of crops.
Danitol is known for its fast-acting mode of action that affects the nervous system of insects, leading to rapid paralysis and death. It is effective on both larvae and adult stages of pests and is widely used in crops such as cotton, paddy, vegetables, and fruit trees.
The emulsifiable concentrate formulation ensures ease of mixing and uniform application, making it suitable for foliar sprays. Danitol is particularly valued for its low re-entry interval, minimal residue, and suitability in resistance management programs when used as part of an integrated pest management (IPM) strategy.
