Delivery, Returns, and Refunds Policy

1. Delivery Policy
- Service Area: Delivery within India only.
- Processing Time: Products are processed in 1 to 7 business days (subject to supply chain constraints).
- Delivery Timelines: Typically 2-20 days depending on location and shipment size.
- Delays Beyond 20 Days: If delivery exceeds the expected date by 7+ days, you may cancel the shipment. Contact us immediately.
2. Product Expiration & Special Requests
Expiration Dates: Products are delivered for immediate use. If you require items with longer expiration dates:
- Add a note during checkout, or
- Contact us at support@highyieldsagro.com before shipment.
3. Cancellation Policy
JTR High Yields Agro Private Limited offers a liberal cancellation policy to assist customers:
- Same-Day Cancellation: Requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations may not be honored if the vendor has already initiated shipping.
- Non-Cancellable Items:
- Seeds, products sold under short-expiration categories.
- Prepaid orders once shipped.
- Quality Issues: Refunds/replacements for perishables are permitted only if the customer establishes substandard quality.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Damaged/Defective Products:
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requires video/photo proof showing the damage/defect.
- Subject to vendor inspection and approval.
- If approved, product pickup will be arranged in 2-5 business days.
- After verification you may opt for refund or exchange.
- Product Not as Described:
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requires video/photo proof showing the discrepancy.
- Subject to vendor inspection and approval.
- If approved, product pickup arranged in 2-5 business days.
- After verification you may choose refund or exchange.
- Returns Process:
- Product pickup scheduled within 2-5 business days after approval.
- Refunds initiated only after physical verification of the returned product (unless otherwise stated).
- Refund credited to the original payment method within 6-8 business days after confirmation of refund.
- Exchange Process:
- Replacement shipped in 2-7 business days after verification.
- Delivery follows standard 2-20 day timeline.
- Exchange subject to product availability.
- Warranty Claims: Products under manufacturer warranty must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
5. Payment Methods & Refund Conditions (Partial COD & Prepaid)
Partial COD (Advance + COD Balance):
- Under Partial COD the customer pays an Advance Amount at the time of order; the remaining balance is payable at delivery.
- Advance Amount (Non-Refundable): The advance paid under Partial COD is non-refundable except in the following situations:
- The seller cancels the order; or
- The shipment is never dispatched or never reached the base delivery location due to delivery partner constraints (i.e., delivery partner failure to pickup/dispatch or shipment stuck before reaching the local delivery network).
- In the above exceptions we will process a full refund of the Advance Amount.
- If a customer cancels the prepaid order before shipment or rejects the order at delivery, we will refund the paid amount after deducting a 10% cancellation fee of the order value. This 10% fee applies in all customer-initiated cancellations for prepaid orders.
- If the seller cancels the order or the shipment is never dispatched / never reached the base delivery location due to delivery partner constraints, we will process a full refund of the prepaid amount (no deduction).
- Refunds (advance or prepaid) are processed after confirmation and any required verification.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 6-8 business days after confirmation of refund.
- All refunds are subject to case-by-case verification. We reserve the right to evaluate documentation and vendor/delivery partner records before approving refunds.

Note: This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Jurisdiction for disputes lies in Chittor, Andhra Pradesh.
